Fabio Buccioli is the senior partner, having led Buccioli & Advogados Associados since 1993.

A graduate of the University of Bologna, he has taken postgraduate courses in Corporate Law at the same institution and in International Trade Law and Interna-tional Contracts at Turin’s  International University of European Studies.

Fabio moved to Brazil in 1991, and his legal career in this country started with two years at a renowned international law firm in São Paulo. He was called to the bar in Brazil in 1997 following the ratification of his degree by the Law School of the University of São Paulo University.

Underpinning Fabio’s work philosophy is his commitment to his ongoing improvement in different aspects of the law. He has taken a doctorate course in International Law at the University of São Paulo, and has published a number of legal articles, including:
