The objective of this area is to provide orientation in the area of prevention and litigation. This can be collective or individual, legal or administrative, with a view to reducing the client’s labor liabilities. Within litigation, we act to defend business interests in labor lawsuits, collective pay adjustments and industrial action, in addition to accompanying lawsuits at every stage. In the administrative area, we work with the Regional Labor Tribunals, the Public Prosecutor for labor issues and Trade Unions on actions related to infractions, ratification of the termination of employment contracts and all other administrative procedures. Further, we act at the trade union level at labor arbitration commissions, round-table discussions and collective labor agreements.

The area provides a broad preventative consultancy in the area of labor law, offering consultation and preparation of legal opinions related to labor contracts for both a defined and indefinite period, working hours, partner’s responsibilities, hours owing to the employee, workplace accidents, provisional stability, international labor contracts, the hiring of foreign employees, as well as the everyday relationship between the employer and his employees. Finally, we offer consultation and the carrying out of labour audits (due diligence), calculation of labor costs and relevant advice related to the verifying of labor costs.
